This had very nice flavor! I used a 2 lb pork tenderloin and marinated it for 8 hours. Very simple recipe producing an excellent and tender roast! Thank you seahorse, for our delicious supper this evening!
First word after one bite from my husband was "awesome". I used Pork Ribeye and turned out perfect as written. Enjoy.
I made this last night and it was delicious. I only marinaded it for about 6 hours, but it was very moist. I think it has to do with the low temperature. I will definitely cook pork tenderloin like this all the time. Thanks!
Outstanding and easy! Great recipe, thanks!
Very tasty. Also added some Hoisin Sauce. Didn't marinate it, just cooked it in the oven and basted it a few times and it was delicious.
I have made this recipe twice in the past couple weeks. Roasted and Grilled. We loved it both ways. The meat is so tender and flavorful. The second time I added a little cooking sherry to it. It gives it a little extra kick. Either way is delicious. Didn't use the sesame seeds either time cause the husband doesnt' like seeds. Picky Eater. This recipe is a keeper and will be utilized often.
A nice simple recipe. The toasted sesame seeds really add to the flavor. Made this as a quick but nice Christmas Eve dinner for just our family before we rush off to church.
This made a delicious dinner. DH proclaimed it his favorite tenderloin of all time! I usually prefer my pork a little sweeter, but this was a nice change. Thanks for posting this!
In a word, Yummy!!!!! I made this recipe just as written and it turned out fantastic. It had a nice glazed exterior and a moist, juicy interior. The only thing I would do differently next time is I would use fresh ginger instead of bottled.
