Very tasty dish, and easy too. I particularly liked the added lemon juice, gave the pork that little bit 'extra' Thanks for posting Mimi!

We all thought this was great thanks Mimi. It was quick and easy to cook and tasted really good too! I added a heap more freshly ground black pepper, as I love it in stroganoff and used chicken broth as I worried that the beef broth might be too strong for the pork.

This was good. I doubled the sauce and added worcestershire sauce as others recommended.

Excellent! Great change to our usual beef stroganoff. Added more beef broth (and thickened with corn starch)...also added some nutmeg. Served over egg noodles! YUMMMMMMY! Thank you!

Really tasty. I would add the fifth star if it had more sauce. We didn't have enough sauce for our noodles. Hubby added Worcestershire sauce and a splash of Shiraz we had open. Thanks for a good recipe!

Such a nice change from the traditional stroganoff recipes. We loved it! Might try it with chicken next!

This was a good recipe. I added canned mushrooms (all I had, fresh would have been better). I also added worchestershire, about a tablespoon or so. It had a very good flavor, but I think next time I will make more of the sauce since I think I added more meat, mushrooms and onions than the recipe called for. The sauce was very good and my other "stuff" sucked a lot of the sauce up, not leaving much to pour over the noodles.

I give this a 5 star rating not only because it's very tastey, but my kids (who are 2 and under) actually ate it! That speaks volumes in my book!

My partner and I loved this. I made following the directions, but next time I think I'll take some other reviewers' suggestion and add some worchestershire sauce to it.

I added 2 tbs worcestershire and used 2 tbs dried parsley ( cuz I didn't have fresh) It was great! The kids loved it and ate 2nds. Great job Mimi! Oh, I also used pork butt steaks ( I like that cut better) This ones a keeper!

Superb. Incredible. Even DH (aka "I hate everything") loved it and commented on how good it was a full two days later. So much faster than the beef version. Did add two shots of worcestershire sauce. Thanks, Mimi Bobeck.

Delish! While I was making it, I realized that you could make the entire recipe -- as is -- without the pork and have a wonderful vegetarian stroganoff, too!

i have never had stroganoff with tomato or tarragon. My norwegian husband was incredulous and said that was how any 'real' stroganoff should be. Hmmmm. We really liked it!! I used bulgur wheat instead of noodles. Thanks mimi! Will certainly make again!

Not being a fungus fan, I left them out. Also, after cooking the pork, I removed the meat and deglazed the pan with about 1/3 cup of merlot. Nice flavor added to background, but not overpowering.
