This recipe is closest to beef Stroganoff so I'm calling it that!

  1. Add butter to pan, heat to medium high. Add pork and brown on both sides 2-3 minutes, do not crowd pan, remove and place in small baking dish. Add onions and kosher salt to pan, heat until browned, 8-10 minutes. Add wine to deglaze pan. Add water and soup, stir, reduce heat to medium. Add remaining ingredients and stir until heated. Pour sauce over chops and bake at 350 deg for 30 minutes. Serve sauce over noodles.
