My family absolutely loved this Barb! I made a half recipe using boneless pork chops that were about 1 1/4" thick. Even with a half recipe there was a lot of gravy to enjoy. My son ate two servings of the pork and he is not much of a meat eater. The chops were "fork tender" just as promised. My only change was to add about 1/4 Cup of red wine as I wanted to finish off a bottle that was hanging around in the fridge. Excellent, and we will definitely make this again and again. Thanks so much!

This recipe is excellent! I had pork steaks that came with a beef/pork package and I'd never had or heard of them before. I looked on zaar for a recipe and tried this one. It was excellent and definitely a "make again" for us.

OH My GOODNESS!! I made this Monday Night for my family and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I didn't use the extra mushrooms and I used fat free cream of mushroom soup. I was amazed at how easy it was. The flavor was DIVINE!!! Even my 10yr old loved it and he hates just about everything that can't be dipped in ketchup! lol My husband texted me the next morning thanking me AGAIN for the delicious meal. This is Definitely one I will be using over and Over Again!! I've passed it to three coworkers! Thanks a Million!!!

DH LOVES this Pork Steak!!! He continuously raved how it is the best home cooked meal he has had in a while. The steaks were so tender!!! The gravy went well over mashed potatoes. I did need to thicken it up. This is a keeper and will be made regularly at our house.

This was so delicious! I seriously could have poured the gravy in a cup and drank it, lol. The entire family raved about it! The only change I would make (and it's a minute one), would be to thicken up the gravy before serving. It was a little too thin. Other than that, though, it was amazing! Thanks for such a great recipe!

I had always prefered chops over steaks, until now. This is a keeper. One of my favorite pork dishes...highly recommend!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Barb!!! I pulled some pork steaks out of the freezer (an hour before dinnertime), with no idea what I was going to do with them. I put them in the microwave to defrost, then came to Recipezaar-knowing I would find a quick and easy recipe. Thankfully, I found yours! Since I was short on time, I did what another reviewer did and cooked them right in the skillet for ten minutes. In no time at all I had a delicious meal for my family. The steaks were tender and yummy and the gravy was fantastic over Basmati rice with a side of green beans. Absolutely fabulous!!Thanks again!!!
