  • Put pork in lightly oiled crock pot. Sprinkle with half of the garlic, cumin, and oregano. Mix remainder of the spices (cumin - oregano) and mix with the juices and pour over all in the pot. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until pork is cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board and break into pieces or shred with a fork. Skim fat and reserve juices.
  • Dived cheese among tops of rolls and broil until melted.
  • Layer bottoms of rolls with ham and pork and drizzle with juices and then layer with pickles,mustard and tops of rolls.

<p>I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!</p>
