So yummy -- my guests all loved them, and each ate a HUGE chop. I used pork chops from Costco, the really thick kind, and couldn't pound them thin enough, so I had to finish them in the microwave. Next time, I'll slice those in half (thickness-wise) before I pound them. There will definitely be a next time!

Easy tasty recipe. I used tenderized pork steaks and added a tbsp of dried parsley to the crumb mixture. Thanks for posting the recipe mailbelle 21 April 08 Made it again, enjoyed it again! I added some BBQ sauce for the last 5 minutes cooking.

Suprised my B/F with this dish as part of easter dinner. it was easy to do, very tasty and according to him (ex army) pretty on the mark as far as accurately German goes. I had to use the little boneless porkchops but they worked pretty well, just couldn't pound them much. I highly recommend it!
