Yummy! We love this recipe and it's pretty healthy too.
- 1⁄2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 2 pinches ground rosemary
- 2 pinches ground sage
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Clean and trim all visible fat from pork. Cut meat into thin slices.
- Saute meat in non-stick skillet until brown. Add seasonings and lemon juice.
- Reduce heat and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
