    Pork Sate With Peanut-Mirin Sauce

    Directions:

      Prepare grill to med-high.
    2. 2
      To prepare pork, combine first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring til smooth. Add pork to bowl; toss well to coat. Let stand at room temp 15 minute.

      To prepare sauce, combine 1 1/2 T sugar and next 6 ingredients (through chile) stirring with a whisk. Stir in peanuts.

      Thread 2 pork pieces lengthwise onto each of 8 12" skewers. Place skewers on grill; grill 3 min on each side or til done. Serve with sauce.
