From Cooking Light. You will need skewers for this recipe. If you use wooden skewers, soak in warm water for at least 30 min before using.

  1. Prepare grill to med-high.
  2. To prepare pork, combine first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring til smooth. Add pork to bowl; toss well to coat. Let stand at room temp 15 minute.
  3. To prepare sauce, combine 1 1/2 T sugar and next 6 ingredients (through chile) stirring with a whisk. Stir in peanuts.
  4. Thread 2 pork pieces lengthwise onto each of 8 12" skewers. Place skewers on grill; grill 3 min on each side or til done. Serve with sauce.
