Pork served in lettuce cups. This is a magazine clipping that I've had for years.

  1. Heat oil in a wok and cook ginger, garlic and onions over medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add pork and chestnuts and cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in sauces and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Serve in lettuce cups topped with bean sprouts and carrot.

So Delicious - I lived in Asia for 12 years and this is fairly authentic, yes adding some chili gives it an extra zing - I have made this about 4 times now for family and friends - even fussy eaters like this one
