• 8 tablespoons brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon hot paprika
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder

directions

1. Combine all in air tight container and shake.
2. cover meat and reserve the rest.
