  1. This is good! The juice soaked up into my meat (which has never happened on any other recipe that I have made with a pork ternderloin) and made it so moist, and juicy and tasty and good! I hope it does that each time I make it! All four of us enjoyed eating this. My crockpot cooks a little hot, so I didn't have to cook it as long as recommended. I used 4 fresh peaches rather than canned, but's nice to know I can use both. Thanks!

  2. A really OUTSTANDING recipe for pork roast, this is! My roast was a little more than 5 pounds, so I increased the other ingredients a bit! The leftover pork was shredded & served the next day over brown rice! Couldn't be better, what with the peaches & mustard! Many thanks for the posting!

  3. I made this for dinner tonight and it was very tender. I used 3 fresh peaches instead of canned. I'd suggest adding salt and maybe more vinegar.

  4. Moist is an understatement! This smelled so wonderful and the meat was so moist that when I sliced the loin, it just fell apart. I used dried cranberries in place of raisins (which I do in almost any recipe calling for raisins) and added just a pinch of ground cloves. Very easy, too. The processer does all the chopping, so you just dump everything in the slowcooker and go on your way! Thanx for a great new (and easy) crockpot recipe!

  5. You're absolutely right - this recipe is a cinch to make in the morning and it smelled wonderful when I arrived in the house after work. The ingredients in the chutney combined nicely with the pork. I served this with rice, to soak up the tasty sauce, and steamed broccoli. Thanks for a keeper MA Hiker.

I have been a member of recipezaar and food.com for years. This is definitely my go-to place for recipes and love that I can have all my individual cookbooks to sort and store recipes. ? I like to experiment when I cook and find that I rarely follow a recipe as it is written. I am also pretty health conscious and try to cook low-fat for regular everyday meals (you can't skimp on the rich stuff for holiday meals & treats!). I also avoid processed foods and use fresh wholesome ingredients whenever possible.
