Delicious pork chops with a beautiful golden crust. I cooked mine for 4 minutes on each side and they were moist and juicy. Made for Fall 2012 Pick A Chef.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Coat the pork chops with flour that has been mixed with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat half of the olive oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops and saute for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from the skillet.
  5. Add the white wine or broth and boil for 1 minute.
  6. Add the remaining olive oil and the garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Add oregano and thyme and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Put the pork chops back in the pan and coat them with the garlic and oregano.
