Pork or Chicken Dry Rub

"One of the best rubs I've come across."

• Yields: 2 cups
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 3⁄4 cup white sugar
• 1⁄2 cup paprika (smoked is nice)
• 1⁄4 cup kosher salt
• 1⁄4 cup granulated garlic
• 2 tablespoons black pepper
• 2 tablespoons ground ginger
• 2 tablespoons onion powder
• 2 tablespoons ground rosemary

directions

1. Mix well and store in an airtight container.
