ingredients
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1⁄2 cup dry white wine
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
directions
- Blend all ingredients and pour over pork. Marinate pork 3-4 hours and may cook pork in the marinade.
- ***I am sure this would be delightful over beef as well.***.

Made this and used real thick pork cutlets and let them marinate overnight. Then I baked them in the oven at a low temp to give them a chance to be tender. I used the marinade to cook them in and then I did thicken the marinade for the gravy, served it over the meat and mashed potatoes with a side of broccoli. DH totally enjoyed the meal. It was ok for me. Made for SPRING PAC 2010.
