Light, flavorful marinade. Makes a great gravy when cooked as well.

Made this and used real thick pork cutlets and let them marinate overnight. Then I baked them in the oven at a low temp to give them a chance to be tender. I used the marinade to cook them in and then I did thicken the marinade for the gravy, served it over the meat and mashed potatoes with a side of broccoli. DH totally enjoyed the meal. It was ok for me. Made for SPRING PAC 2010.

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients and pour over pork. Marinate pork 3-4 hours and may cook pork in the marinade.
