- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 cup sherry wine
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
directions
- Combine ingredients.
- marinate pork for 1-24 hours.

This was tasty, but too salty. I am going to 'Ask the Chef' what I can use as a substitute for half of the soy sauce.
