Wonderful stuff! I used the madeira as opposed to the broth and couldn't have been more pleased. I also used diced yellow onion as opposed to green onion. I did double the sauce and I think I would recommend that be done, especially if you want to serve this over pasta or rice. The pork was wonderfully moist and the gravy very flavorful. It was very well recieved in our home.

This was a great recipe and so quick and easy. We used chicken instead of pork because it's what we had thawed and doubled the sauce, glad we did!! Will surely make this again (with pork next time)
