I was visiting my sisters and found this recipe on the packaging of a pork loin. Can't go wrong with mustard and herbs!
- 1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard (or use grainy ~or~ a combination of both)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon rosemary
- Combine the ingredients for the crust and spread over a pork loin.
- Bake in 325°F oven for 3 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 150 - 160°F Let sit for 10 - 15 minutes covered in foil.
