This is hard to rate for me, DH loved it and said it was full of flavor. I liked it OK, but felt like the pork loin came out to dry and tough for my taste even though I took it out at the recommended temp. The flavors were good and enjoyed the Asian blend - but the meat itself gave me pause. I'm thinking next time I might try it in the crock pot to see if that makes a difference.

Fabulous! I used a pork tenderloin and it was very tender. The taste of this sauce had a nice Asian flavor, not too strong or too mild. There was just enough sauce for our roast. I made rice as a side which worked perfectly. Thank you, KC Cooker!
