These were so good.... I have eaten kabobs with chicken and beef before but never pork..... The pineapple and pork went so well together..... Thanks so much for sharing.... Sorry I have no photo, my computer crashed and I can't upload photo's on the one I'm on......Edited 6/10/08.... I am now adding the photo of this wonderful dish that we enjoyed.... We absolutely loved this recipe! Easy prep, easy ingredients, easy to grill. The flavors combined nicely, yet each flavor was identifiable.Paired it with Jasmine rice w/cilantro and ginger and garlic,
Used Firewire kabob cables, couldn't have been easier or more delicious!

Delicious. So simple to make and the flavors were perfect. Pork tenderloin is one of my favorites and I knew paired with the pineapple, this would be great and I was not disappointed. I did cut this down for the two of us, using about 1 pound of tenderloin and had enough for leftovers today. Served this with Jasmine rice and garlic bread. Thanks for sharing. Made for PRMR
