Nice and flavorful dinner. I did cut back on the celery to 1 stalk, and added with that 2 sliced green peppers, and 1 red bell pepper. This had a real nice garlic punch to it, and made for a well rounded dinner. I only wish I added more celery and vegetables to this. Great dinner for the 4 of us , served with Company Cauliflower#400873, and Tweaked Traditional Cardamom Bread#449987. Thanks for a great main dish for tonights dinner. Super good and quick. Even though we love garlic, I was worried about the amount called for in this recipe. I shouldn't have been because it tasted great. Thanks for posting the recipe.
I'm not yet all that comfortable when it comes to wok cooking, so I very carefully followed the recipe & was so very pleased with the results! In a word, DELICIOUS, most definitely! Loved everything about, especially the use of so much garlic, something we both enjoy very much! Served it with a side of peas mixed in with white rice & it was wonderful! Certainly a keeper! Thanks for posting it! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]
What a delicious recipe, especially for so little effort. I used left over roast pork, perhaps half the quantity, but pretty much the full quantity of the other veggies (just one stalk of celery, but more bell pepper - used red, not green - plus a chopped onion). Used just a teaspoon or so of the soy sauce, due to sodium concerns. Would add more veggies next time, as the recipe supports them. Love love love the garlic punch in this one!
This was great and garlicy - I added mushrooms and snowpeas as well as the other vegetables and served with basmati rice. I also cut back on the oil.
If you are garlic lover this is the recipe for you. I only used 1 talespoon of oil. I also added 1 chopped onion as well as other peppers I had in my crisper. Turned out really good;thanks for posting. I made this for Photo Tag. Rita
