A twist on my skillet pork chops recipe!

  1. Marinate the chops ahead of time in the salsa if you like.
  2. After marinating, salt and pepper chops. In a small amount of oil over med high heat, pan fry the chops for 2 min each side. Add the chopped onions while frying. Remove chops.
  3. In the same pan, add the beans, a small amount of chicken stock, salsa to taste, cilantro, and pepper to taste. Stir completely and bring to a boil. Add the chops back inches Cover, reduce heat and simmer until done.
