Made for Comfort Cafe ~ Summer 2009. These were excellent and we loved the orange flavor. Would like to have grilled them but we were short on time (use charcoal and you know how long that takes! LOL!). Used boneless pork loin chops and thickened the sauce with a little bit of cornstarch. Thanks for a yummy recipe Gatorbek!

Amazing pork chops Gatorbek! We will be making these quite often this summer. I used boneless pork chops and marinaded overnight. DH did intend to grill them but we ran out of gas so back in the house the chops went. Cooked them in my electric skillet and they were very, very good! The marinade flavor is so good, orange juice, soy sauce, thyme, and garlic, wonderful!

Awesome and very flavorful Chops! We halved the recipe and made as directed using olive oil. The sauce is perfect. Will definitely be making these again.

Awesome Pork Chops! I cooked mine on the bbq. Came out very tasty indeed. I reduced the sauce mixture down to a nice glaze. Poured over the chops and it gave a really nice presentation to the dish. I didn't find that the sauce was overly sweet nor did I taste to much orange. Very, very good. A must try. Thanks Gartorbek for posting.

You've done it again, Gatorbek! These are delicious...and so easy to put together. My 21-year old son said they were the best-tasting pork chops he'd ever had. Said to let him know whenever they're on the menu so he can invite himself for dinner! :) Thanks again!

Excellent and easy! This is almost verbatim of the Martha Stewart recipe. ( I am looking at the cookbook as I type because I was gonna post it.) I have been making this since 1994. ( wrote that down in the cookbook lol) I only do 4 chops as there is only 2 of us and that way we have plenty of the sauce. Sometimes I even the double the sauce cuz we love it so so much! I also use 2 cloves of garlic and 3 T. of the soy sauce, we like it more on the savory side, rather than the sweet. Grilled or done on the stove-top, this is very delish! Thanks for posting Gatorbek.

Yum! The browned pork chops look appetizing and inviting, and the marinade makes them taste great. Better yet, a snap to put together. Thanks, Gatorbek, for sharing one of your favorites. This will become a staple at our house as well.

I love the taste of the pork chops with the marinade. But my BF didn't like the orange taste. I did half the recipe so didn't have enough sauce to put on the pork chops. Thanks Gatorbek :) Made for Newest Zaar Tag.
