This is a tasty dish. I found this recipe in a old church cookbook that I bought at a antique shop in North Carolina.
- Brown the chops in a little oil.
- When chops are brown on both sides, remove from pan.
- Add brown sugar, stirring till sugar is melted.
- Add orange slices, turn often.
- When brown, add orange juice and chops.
- Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
