Fantastic!!! I didn't have cream of mushroom so I used cream of chicken instead and it was just great. I added a bit of sage to the soup mixture before pouring over the chops and served over rice. Thanks for a great meal.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 -4 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

  1. Brown the pork chops in the oil while they are browning, mix the cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix together with one can of water.
  2. After chops are browned add the mixture to the frying pan with the chops and simmer for 50-55 minutes, I serve mine over egg noodles, but you can use rice if you prefer.
  3. Mighty tasty!
