I apologize for the 4 stars, because I didn't follow the recipe to a T. I used left-over pork roast, so lost the pan drippings. It was an excellent sauce, but the main reason I gave it just 4 stars is the lack of inspiration. It's not much more than the sauce from enchiladas with sour cream topping. Good, but not original. I doubt I will make this again, but , maybe. It was good, just not spectacular.

This is very good!!! I love green chilies. I used one very lean pork loin chop and didn't cut down on the sauce ingredients because I love sauce. I browned the pork loin chop and then poured the sauce mixture over it and let them cook together.It came out very moist and tender. I will be making this again. Thanks for a great recipe. Made for the PAC Fall '07 event.
Hubby and kids couldn't get enough of this one! So easy to make, but yet so good. I intend to use this one again this week, however, I would love to see what it tastes like with chicken.
This was a grest recipe. We made some maccaroni & cheese as a side dish then spooned the sauce onto it and created an outstanding side dish. Thank You!
