      We liked this recipe, but thought it could use a little more flavor in the sauce. I think I will try it with carmalized onions, If that does not do it I will try to add just 1/2 teaspoon of Honey.

      This was delicious. The flavours of the apple and wine mmmmmmmm. Will definatley make again.

      Wow, My DH really liked this tasty Pork chop dish. Very easy to make I made it just like the recipe said. Though next time I am adding more wine, for more sauce.I did use 2 small apples they were delicious cooked with the wine & garlic. This made a yummy dinner, I will be making this again & again.
