This is a great recipe! The whole family loved it.....It's a keeper!
If it's quick, easy and yummy it's #1 with me, and this is #1! I threw in a couple handfuls of dried cranberries into the stuffing mix (used Stove Top Pork flavor) and it really set it off. My family LOVED it! It's perfect for the working mom who doesn't want to spend a lot of time cooking...a must try!
This was so yummy! I didn't think one can of filling and one box of stuffing was enough (my family is big on stuffing) so I doubled those two and kept the amount of chops the same. It was great! Except next time I'll only use 1 1/2 cans apple. This was soooo filling, too!
This was so easy and good. Made for An Apple A day Event for Photo Forum
I've been making this recipe from an old issue of Quick Cooking & finally decided to see if it was posted on Zaar. It's an easy weeknight meal that leaves you satisfied. I've been using homemade apple pie filling that I had made & frozen for OAMC. The chops always come out moist & flavorful & best of all, this recipe has passed the "Picky Eaters" test. Thanks for posting, Kellogs!
AMAZING! Delicious, fast, simple and mouth-watering! I can't wait to make it again!
Thanks for an easy to put together recipe. We only need 3 pork chops but I kept the rest of the ingredients true to the recipe. I did salt and pepper the chops before browning. If I were making this recipe for for 4-6 I would want to increase the apples to 2 cans. The chops turned out moist and wonderful. We will make again!
Pork chops were moist. Stuffing and apples were flavorful. Excellent, easy dinner. Only change I made was to dredge the chops in flour and dry mustard prior to browning. My family called it Pork Chop Pie. Ymmmmmmm.
My kids and I loved this quick and easy meal. My 14 year old daughter said that she thought she could make next time since it was so easy. Very flavorful! Hubby worked late and he didn't get any since we ate the whole pan!
I personally am not a fan of pork chops easy, but this recipe made them have a great flavor. It was simple too!
