Great pork and apples! We used arrowroot and olive oil and served with couscous. Thanks!

Delicious! After suddenly finding myself unexpectedly solo for dinner, I was looking for a pork chop recipe I could make for myself. I used two pork chops and, as suggested, the full amount of everything else. The sauce was fantastic as a gravy for potatoes, although I might use only 1/2 as much apple in the future, along with cider instead of juice. Great blend of flavors! Thanks!

Delicious! I had huge Costco pork chops so I browned them and then microwaved them at 1/2 power for about 10 minutes to get the insides done without over cooking the outsides. Although I only made 2 chops, I did make the full batch of the sauce - so glad that I did. The sauce is wonderful and DH asked that I make even more sauce the next time, lol. Thanks toni for good comfort food that we will be repeating.

I made this as stated, it is important to only use a firm cooking apple such as stated or it will end up as mush in this recipe, good combo of flavors, I used seasoned salt and arrowroot, my DH enjoyed this recipe, thanks for sharing Toni!
