My mom recommended this recipe to me. She really enjoyed it. She also said she browned the chops in pan, although original recipe does not call for that.
- 1 (6 ounce) packagestove top chicken flavor stuffing mix
- 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 6 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
- Heat oven to 375. Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Spread pie filling in the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, top with the chops and the stuffing. Cover with foil. Bake 30 min, uncover and bake and additional 10 min or until the chops are cooked through.
I thought this was super easy and my family loved it
