  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Slice apples.
  3. Mix apples with sugars, flour, and spices in a baking dish.
  4. Dip pork chops in egg and water mixture.
  5. Coat with Shake 'n Bake.
  6. Lay pork chops over the apples.
  7. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours.
