Great recipe, I cooked and added white rice and let it simmer for about 40 minutes. My wifes friends have been bugging me for recipe.
Great basic recipe. I loved the gravy...we did not thicken it with cornstarch and it was still great (ran out of cornstarch and didn't know until it was too late). I did use thick chops. We ended up leaving it on simmer for 50 minutes and the chops were very tender. Thanks for the recipe
Easy and tasty!
This brought pork chops to a whole new level. What I love about this recipe is that I have all the items on handy already. It's so good you want to lick the platter!! You can't go wrong with bacon. Thanks for the post.
This was really good! My bf loved it! I used a couple changes others did, such as using beef boullion instead of water and flour instead of cornstarch. Served with mashed potatos and corn....yummy.
this recipe was good money!! Instead of cornstarch I used flour and whisked it with oil that was leftover in the pan and I didn't add the extra butter. My fiance enjoyed this recipe. I made it with mashed potato and stuffings with sage sausage
Nice recipe. Thanks for posting.
Way to go Jeff! I didn't have any bacon but I did have bacon pieces, so I simmered the onion & bacon pieces in olive oil. It worked great. Served with smashed potatos and pear halves with grated cheddar.
Great recipe! Loved the flavor and the were very tender.
The smell of this while I was making it was so good. Very tasty. I simmered my pork chops for an hour and they were fork tender.
