EXCELLENT!!!! This is going to become a staple in our house!! It's fairly low calorie too, considering how tasty it is it's hard to believe how low cal and fat it is! We did add about 2 tsp of EVOO to the pan instead of the spray--I was afraid the pork would stick. FABULOUSNESS AND EASY!!!

This was easy and delicious - and definitely the best Pork Marsala I have made! I used a dry Marsala wine, and two portabello mushrooms, as those were what I had on hand, and since I had no shallots I just used a regular onion. I served it over instant mashed potato and my husband demolished it! I followed Cindytc's advice and used 1/2 cup Marsala and added a big blob of plain yogurt at the end to thicken the sauce a bit.
      It's a keeper!

I just love marsala and this recipe fitted our tastes perfectly...The only thing I changed was to up the marsala to 1/2 cup and added 3 T. heavy cream at the end....it thickened up perfectly and everyone raved.

I bought the magazine this recipe came from just for this recipe in particular and then found it posted here. I could have saved myself some money. I have made this twice now and let me say five stars are not enough. I followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. This meal is so easy to put together especially if you are pressed for time but want some comfort food without the heavy gravy. I think that is why I like it so much. I used a dry sherry for the sauce which adds a nice flavor. Tastes great served with mashed potatoes or rice along side some broccoli or asparagus. I would even serve this to friends if they came for dinner or if I had a crowd staying for a weekend. (I come from a large family).

Wow!!!! Is this just too awesome, whole family totally loved it, although DS took the mushrooms away from his!!! But what a great sauce and it would have been a light meal, but I used olive oil to cook the pork chops, only difference that, I made for this recipe, and it is so tasty!!! Thanks for posting a great recipe!!! Made for ZWT4!!!
