I am rating this without stars as my pork turned out very dry. I did use a lean cut, boneless with a bit of fat around the edges so that may have been the problem. I used low sodium soy sauce and I thought the taste was quite good. If I make this again, I will use a different cut or pork, possibly with the bone in it and a bit more fat. Thx for sharing.
This recipe is simple, easy, and delicious. And it's easy to cut down on the saltiness of the recipe by simply using low-sodium soy sauce and a bit less salt. I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder and still got great results. Be creative! =)
We found this dish to be too salty from the soy sauce we used.
