- 4 pork loin chops
- 29.58 ml vegetable oil
- 118.29 ml water
- 29.58 ml brown sugar
- 29.58 ml chopped onions
- 1 beef bouillon cubes or 4.92 ml instant beef bouillon
- 29.58 ml catsup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 29.58 ml flour
- 59.14 ml water
- 118.29 ml sour cream
directions
- In a large skillet, brown the pork chops in the oil. Add 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, onion, catsup, garlic and beef bouillon. Cover and simmer for approximately 40 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees. Remove chops.
- In a small bowl, combine flour with 1/4 cup water. Slowly add to cooking liquid, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream. Heat thoroughly but DO NOT boil.
- Serve sauce over chops.
