Great recipe! I think the next time I will brown the pork chops and cook them in the crock pot for awhile. Thanks for a great recipe!

This is an easy chop recipe. We love chops in our house and this is a good recipe. I really liked the onion sauce too, the beer and broth are perfect together. I served this with scalloped potatoes and corn and my family was happy. THank you for sharing.

What a great recipe! I would definitely make this again. I did double the amount of onions and the amount of broth and beer. Thank you!

This wasn't one our favorite 'zaar dishes, but looks like I'm in the minority with all the 5 star reviews.

Wow, made this without the beer and still turned out fabulous! I am a beginner cook and this was a real treat for us! My husband is german and enjoyed this dish very much! (Next time I will have beer on hand and add it) Bravo!

My 15 year old son made these last night for us with little help, and they really turned out great. We did add an apple and doubled the onions, 'cos we like them together with pork. We also put the seared chops in the oven to finish and made the sauce in the same pan, which worked beautifully for us. Served them with scalloped potatoes and broccoli. Thanks, Tebo ... it's a keeper.
