I have a recipe just like this but for chicken and it has the dry ranch dip mix mixed in with the corn flakes. I tried it on the pork chops and it was great. Just add the dried mix to the corn flakes don't make the mix just keep it dry it's awesome!

I use a similar method, skipping the butter, but adding creole seasoning and dried onion flakes to the crushed corn flakes. Works great on chicken tenders too!

It just doesn't get any easier than this. I doubled the recipe for my family of 4. I added some dried minced onions to the crushed cornflake and some garlic powder to the melted butter (for my family's taste). Everyone cleaned their plates.. including the kids!. Thanks for a real family pleaser and a sure keeper!.
