I've made Steak Diane in the past and like it so thought I would try Pork Chops Diane. Sure glad I did....they were really quite tastey!! I served them with roasted sweet potatoes, sliced beets and green beans. This recipe is definitely a keeper and thanks so much for sharing it.

I'm alwasy trying different recipes as "dump" recipes for OAMC. So, if anyone is thinking of this one, don't do it. The freezing and thawing and cooking the chicken( I used breasts) in the sauce doesn't work that well. I will have to try this as written, because it did smell good. I'm sure it would be absolutely delish made as written!!

I tried this tonight. We liked it! I followed the other reviewers' leads and doubled the sauce. It was a hit all around. Thanks!

Oh yea, this is good! I had a couple of butterflied loin chops that I pounded to 1/4 inch thickness. I doubled the sauce. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this with a side of new potatoes and some cabbage slaw. Thanks for sharing!

This was really good and something different. It sounds a bit strange but is really great.

We had this for dinner tonight and my family loved it. I was surprised b/c they usually don't like anything with lemon. This is a good (and easy) recipe. I do recommend only three minutes per side on medium high heat. Thanks for sharing!
