We been making this recipe for a few years now and it's still a favorite. It's so simple and quick. I top it with bacon for added flavor (and the grease helps the pork stay moist while cooking) and usually let it cook for the time suggested so the edges get kind of crispy and kind of gooey. It's like a feeding frenzy to get the "burnt" pieces. Thank you for posting. I'm sure this will continue to be a favorite for many more years.

I halved the recipe but forgot to adjust the cooking time so the top came out little burnt but it still was very good. Never thought to cook chops this way. Will defintely make this for my family when they come to visit.

I made this a few nights ago, and it was completly unexpected, and really good! Instead of onions, because I didn't have any, I threw in a few shakes of Worcestershire, a squirt or two of lemon juice, and a shake of Paprica. I kept the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to set and mix well. It was great, and I will make it again.
