This was very easy to make and the chops were nice and tender. We did not care for the seasoning combination. Had a weird aftertaste. I think I would use just rosemary and leave off the ginger. Made lots of creamy gravy. Has potential, but need to make adjustments for our taste.

This was the best tasting gravy I think I've ever had on pork chops!!! I only changed things up to make it a little healthier - I didn't dredge the chops in flour; I used FF sour cream and I used 98% FF cream of mushroom soup. I also added some fresh mushrooms sauteed in 1 clove of garlic to the soup mixture. Fantastic!!!!

This was delicious! We eat pork chops weekly and definately needed to change things up a bit. All we talked about during dinner was how good the casserole turned out! Thanks so much for the great recipe, this will become a regular at our dinner table.

I made this for spring PAC, I liked this dish, and followed the recipe as is..not sure why but i didnt have alot of sauce (hardly any) next time i will either double the recipe or just try to add more milk.It really does have a great flavor, and if it had made more sauce I would have put 5 stars. thanks for another keeper!

This is a definite 5 star rating. I've made this recipe for 30 yrs., but I use stuffed PC. Either way, the key is the seasonings. I have given this recipe out to many also, everyone loves the sauce. There are never any leftovers! Ladylakes #745960

Love the combination or ginger and rosemary. Like the previous poster, I was unsure about the combination but it was shockingly good. I only cooked 4 chops but while they were cooking I gained 2 dinner (kid) dinner guests. So, we each got a sample of meat and filled up on mashed potatoes and gravy. Nobody complained because the gravy was soooo good. I even got a late night call from one of the other moms asking for the recipe that her son was raving about. Followed the recipe exactly.

Oh my goodenss! This was spectacular! Let me say first that my husband and I are both very pickly eaters. Second, I was unsure if I'd like the ginger and rosemary with this but now I'm so glad I followed the recipe exactly! I will, without a doubt, be making this many times in the future. Both my husband and I enjoyed it to the fullest. No changes were made. The only thing to report is I used one large can on onions. And, although I kept the all the sauce ingredients exact I used 2 pork chopes as it's only my husband and I. I'm glad because dispite the number of chops we still ate almost all the gravy! Many thanks for posting Angel! This is a very rare keeper!!
