I used bone-in pork chops but next time I'll use boneless. They were a bit dry so I may cook them less than 45 minutes. The taste is great. The seasonings are perfect in the sauce. I used mozzarella cheese instead of parmesan. Next time I'll brown the onions before adding them to the sauce. That way they won't be crunchy. Even after 45 minutes they were crunchy. Thanks Lori :) Made for Holiday tag

Great recipe! It got all eaten with no leftovers. Followed the recipe except for two small changes. I add fresh minced garlic to the sauce. After reading the other reviews I decided to mix the macaroni with sauce and sprinkled mozzarella on top. Will be making again.

I had cut this recipe down to 2 servings but after reading the reviews I kept the sauce at the same amount listed. I am really glad I did because it made it nice and saucy. I just found the pork chops were missing something. Some seasonings maybe, just can't put my finger on it. But this is a very quick meal to put together which is great to do during the week. Thanks for sharing Lori Mama

Made this tonight for my DW. I added some sliced onions and green and red peppers for some added flavor. Excellent recipe.

Cut this down to 2 servings and it was ok for us. I think I needed some more sauce. Thanks for posting. Made for Everyday is a Holiday Game 2010.

Great horney toad, I've never seen a dish disappear with such rapidity--ribbit. Made for Everyday Is A Holiday.

I was afraid I wouldn't find anything to make with the ingredients I had on hand, but this was perfect. I used little shells instead of macaroni. Then I checked the chops with 15 minutes left and was afraid they wouldn't have enough juice, but it was also perfect. The pork was juicy and so good. My two toddlers really enjoyed this meal. I have a meat eater and the other asked for more noodles. Their grandparents also enjoyed it. Thank you. I will be making this again. It was fast and easy, and baking it in one dish at the end gave me a chance to clean up a little so I only had a few dishes left after dinner. In my book, that rocks!

Great recipe! I also made this using 3 pork steaks. I upped the macaroni to 2 cups and used a can of italian stewed tomatoes in place of some of the tomato sauce(only had 1 8oz. can). I sprinkled some grated mozzarella at the end. We really enjoyed this meal and will make it often. Thanks for sharing!

This is a great addition to my recent comfort food pursuit. Simple, tasty and very homey. This is simple to put together and everyone enjoyed it. For my house the portions were right on. I made 3 servings (3 chops) and it served the 3 of us very well.

Thanks Lori for a wonderful meal. It was so quick and easy to make, using ingredients that are always in the cupboard. The pasta and sauce was very tasty, the pork was tender, moist and flavourful. I will be making this again often.

Very good recipe! I browned the chops on the Foreman before adding to the casserole. I also mixed some sauce with the noodles before adding to the pan. The pork chops were very tender with great flavour.

Really easy and tasty! I used 8 chops (to feed 4 people) and increased the tomato sauce along with all the other ingredients, also added in some onions and fresh garlic that I sauteed after the chops. I baked it in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and increased the Parmesan for the top. We enjoyed this for an early dinner tonight, thanks Lori!...Kitten:)

This was very easy to make and tasty. Next time, I would mix half the tomato sauce with the pasta and then put the pasta in the baking dish - they would be less dry that way and able to absorb some of the sauce during baking. I think this would be great to make with chicken pieces as well.
