My kids love this version better than using beef patties.
- 2 1⁄4 lbs ground lean pork
- 1 cup milk
- 3 pieces loaf bread, crust removed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons knorr seasoning
- 1 big white onion, minced
- Mix everything in a large bowl and form into patties.
- Serve on toasted buns.
- Slather bread with mayonnaise, cheese singles and lettuce.
