  1. Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper. Pour over meat.
  2. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours.
  3. Transfer meat to cutting board, reserving liquid. Cut meat off bones and coarsely chop. Combine meat with reserved liquid.
  4. Serve meat on buns with coleslaw.
