Filipino Pork Stew to accompany Steamed Rice and some type of vegetable.
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1 head full bulb pounded garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- salt or soy sauce
- 2 cups water
- Place the pork in a saucepan. Add vinegar, garlic, pepper salt and water. Cover and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer until fork tender.
