Simple and delicious filippino dish. I recomend you eat it over a bowl of white rice.
- 2 lbs pork, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar (I like cider vinegar)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 an onion, diced
- 1 cup water
- Mix all ingredients. Boil for about 25 minutes. Reduce to lower heat and continue cooking until pork is done. If it's too strong, add more water.
This was good, but not great. I thought it was a bit too salty, but DH liked it. Not sure if I would make it again or not. Made for Let's Party Tag Game - December 2009.
