ingredients

• 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

directions

1. Whisk together all ingredients until blended.
2. Serve with spinach, sliced fresh strawberries, whole blueberries, and toasted walnut halves.
