  1. Boil chicken breasts until tender.
  2. When chicken breasts cool, cut into small pieces.
  3. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x12-inch casserole dish.
  4. Mix together soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds.
  5. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  6. Combine melted butter and crackers.
  7. Sprinkle over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
