My mom used to make poppyseed bread when I was a child...and since going vegan I MISS IT! This is a great replacement.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and poppy seeds and mix.
  3. Add vanilla and soymilk.
  4. Pour into loaf pan. (Can also be made as muffins).
  5. Bake for 45 min or until done.
