This is my mother-in-laws great meatloaf recipe. It also makes great meatballs if you roll the meat mixture into 1-inch balls and saute.
- Mix meatloaf ingredients and put in loaf pan.
- Make topping by mixing all topping ingredients together.
- Bake metloaf for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Topping may be put on top of meatloaf before baking or during the last few minutes of baking time.
