made these in an electric oven at Tahoe...at 20 minutes they were done, only two had eggy wet centers in them..will try more batter in cup, and longer time, but PERFECT! my boss said theone she ate five seconds ut of the oven was the best one she had ever had!thank you, ellie!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450-degrees F.
  2. Grease popover pan (or use large muffin tins).
  3. In a large bowl beat eggs and milk together.
  4. Sift flour and salt together.
  5. Add dry to wet ingredients.
  6. Heat pans in oven for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour batter into pre-heated popover pan, filling cups half full.
  8. Bake at 450-degrees F for 15 minutes.
  9. Reduce temperature to 350-degrees F and bake 20 minutes longer.
  10. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR WHILE BAKING.
