I was having a really bad cooking day and burned them. But I really wanted popovers so I made them again in a roasting pan (like yorkshire pudding). Yummy! Great taste. Thanks mersaydees for a great addition to my birthday dinner! Made for Aus/NZ recipe swap 69

We really enjoyed these . Followed the recipe to a tee, and got a dozen total, nice and moist. Will make again. Made for Recipe Swap 45

This is a good, basic recipe for popovers that should be in every cook's repertoire. For me it made 12 decent-sized popovers. I made sure the ingredients were at room temperature, and preheated the greased muffin tins in the oven. It's very important not to open the oven door while the popovers are baking, or they may collapse! Thanks for posting! Made for Newest Zaar Tag.
